Synopsis: When the lead actor is also the benefactor funding the whole shoot, and he’s hysterically changing the script to fulfil his dream of being a hero in various costumes, things are bound to get a little out of control. The humble yet stubborn screenwriter is powerless to resist the demands of the show’s investor who wants to be the male lead in every conceivable story. As a result, the plot is haywire, and characer building is a fail. From palace fights and suspense to xianxia and time travel, it’s a melting pot of costume dramas.
